Our Chartered Physiotherapists are also Pilates trained, and, if appropriate, will combine Physiotherapy and Pilates to enhance the outcome of your treatment.
Our studio is an airy space, with
bright natural lighting and a secluded and relaxed
atmosphere. We run Pilates sessions with limited numbers to
maximise client attention and feedback, making your lessons
personal and comfortable.
Pilates: What can it do for you?
Pilates can transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates is appropriate for gradual return to exercise following an injury or period of inactivity, including all three trimesters of pregnancy and beyond! It is also an ideal form of cross-training exercise for the sporting population.
With the added advantage of an on-site Pilates studio, our physiotherapists have the opportunity to combine their clinical experience together with their Pilates training to produce excellent results for those with injuries or more serious health conditions. A number of our clients have experienced this multi-therapy approach with excellent results.
