Lunch-time 're:ab work-Out' Class

Our 40 minute
Pilates 'Work-Out' class fits in with your
lunch hour.
The class is
designed specifically for those who sit for
most of the day. The emphasis is improving
your posture and relieving those stress
related aches and pains, while still
improving strength and flexibility.
You will feel that you have had a refreshing
workout, but as the aim is not to make you
hot and sweaty, you are able to go straight
back to work!
There is a maximum of 10 people in each
class and is for all levels of expertise.
